The store manager's name was named Glen Gary. His brother, the corporate supervisor, was named Glen Ross, a reference to Glengarry Glen Ross (1992). The reference is furthered when the HR lady lies about Dane Cook's resignation notice still being in the office, and not having been sent to corporate.
