To entertain and distract Linda Blair during the long makeup process she had to sit through, the crew set up a television near her makeup chair where she would often watch The Beverly Hillbillies, I Love Lucy, and The Flying Nun. Makeup artist Dick Smith would later recall in an interview "Oh how I learned to hate The Flying Nun".
