There is a poster of Radiohead's OK Computer album on the wall in Joy's bedroom. Nigel Godrich, a long-time collaborator of Radiohead, composed the soundtrack of Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), which also starred Brie Larson. Coincidentally, that film was also filmed entirely in Canada, as like Room.
