Two of the members of the Coven are named Mandel and Millius in this version of Suspiria. In the original Suspiria, Frank Mandel was both Sara's friend and therapist who was helping research the coven, and Professor Millius was an expert on both the Occult (concerning Witchcraft) and psychotherapy. Both were also played by male actors in the original movie directed by Dario Argento.
