The scene in Las Vegas where Starman is pulling out of the parking lot in a new Cadillac takes place at the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd. and Fremont Street. At the time, that section of Fremont street was like any other street. Now, it is the "Fremont Street Experience", a pedestrian walkway between Las Vegas Blvd. and Main Street. Vehicles may travel through the Fremont Street Experience North & South, but can no longer travel East & West as there is a canopy where a light show regularly performs and a zipline that travels the length of the Fremont Street Experience.
