The film marked the debut of actor Azhar Khan in a small role. His father is actor Mazhar Khan who acted with Indian cinema legend Amitabh Bachchan in the movie Shaan (1980). Azhar has two brothers named Azaan Khan (who is a film director) and Zahaan from Mazhar Khan's second marriage to Bollywood legend Zeenat Aman.
