Hutch works at (and then owns) Williams Manufacturing. The initials WM are seen multiple times on the outside of the building as well as on Hutch's travel coffee cup. It's fair to assume that this is a nod to Wexler McGill, the law firm established by Bob Odenkirk's character in Better Call Saul.
