The helmets include a band across the top that is similar to that in Prometheus. This is a strip of LCD screens that provide various content, ranging from status readouts and video feeds, such as the video feed from another astronaut's helmet. As with the helmets in Prometheus, these are actual, real-life functioning displays, rather than just props.
