Thor: The Dark World (2013) was the first Marvel Cinematic Movie and sequel to be merged with Disney and second came Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) the year after. All previous Marvel Cinematic Universe movies were owned by Paramount pictures (except for L'incredibile Hulk (2008) owned by Universal). The last one to be owned by Paramount before the merge with Disney was Iron Man 3 (2013).
