A branching error between the theatrical and the unrated cut meant that the unrated Blu-ray initially released in 2008 accidentally showed the theatrical cut death scenes for the homeless woman and Jesse instead. This issue was never addressed by 20th Century Fox but was quietly fixed by the studio when the corrected Blu-ray was reissued in 2015.
