Eddie Murphy and Julia Louis-Dreyfus were cast members on "Saturday Night Live" at the same time, Eddie joined the cast in late 1980 under Jean Doumanian and Julie joined in the fall of 1982 with Brad Hall and Gary Kroeger during the tenure of Dick Ebersol and Bob Tischler.
