Star Wars - Il risveglio della Forza (2015) was directed byJ.J. Abrams, who also directed Star Trek (2009). Isaac's role was previously played on Insuperabili X-Men (1992) by John Colicos, who appeared on Star Trek: Errand of Mercy (1967) and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Blood Oath (1994). Apocalypse is also the second X-Men role to be played by both a Star Trek actor and a Star Wars actor. Toad has been played by both Frank Welker and Ray Park.
