Louis Gossett Jr. went on to do another movie that was filmed in Southwest Montana, called Return to Lonesome Dove in the summer of 1993. James Woods would go on to do a third film in Montana, called Northfork in the spring of 2002. His first film was Fast Walking was also filmed at the Old Montana Prison in the summer of 1980.
