At one point the characters use Freon to mask their body heat by wearing body suits and masks. Freon is a deadly gas that even a short amount of direct exposure to IE seconds IE inhaling can lead to brain damage and death Even though the take the masks off the amount of Freon would kill them and can be absorbed through the skin as well.
