Eddie is reading the 1937 biography, Will Rogers: A Boy's Life, when he meets the actor who plays Falcon at the end. Will Rogers was arguably the most famous Oklahoman ever--a humorist, journalist, cowboy, actor and vaudevillian whose witticisms and social commentary are still commonplace today, so it makes sense to have Eddie "from Oklahoma" reading about him.
