Like the American film The Entity (1982) this movie is an unofficial remake of, the producers expected more nudity from Tabu. However, she rejected any offer of extra nudity which she thought would be demeaning and distracting. Even the shots where her character sits down in the tub (where her butt can be hazily seen through the shower curtains) used a body double. Also any more nudity would possibly result in the film being banned from releasing.
