In the film, Sarah was locked in the confines of a spacesuit, she escaped from the Argama with the unintentional help of Shinta and Qum, who hid in their spacesuits. In Kidô senshi Z Gundam: Half Moon Love (1985), Sarah's escape was never explained. In the TV version, her spacesuit was the only one not worn by the others.
