(at around 1h 6 mins) When Phil is explaining to Rita his experiences, he says "I have been stabbed, shot, poisoned, frozen" and so on. Those were all methods used by the assassins of Russian mystic Grigory Rasputin, but (with the exception of electrocution) were not seen done to Phil. This could also be a reference to Ghostbusters II (Acchiappafantasmi II) (1989), in which similar methods are named as the cause of Vigo the Carpathian's death.
