The Pringles bit is not an example of product placement. Papa John's, on the other hand, did pay money to be in the film. Coca-Cola also paid for product placement; however, when the girls are eating Papa John's, their soda cups have no label. This is because Papa John's sells Pepsi products. The 2016 Activision video game tie-in featured a code entry screen, though no codes were ever distributed. It was discovered years later that entering PAPA unlocks Papa Johns uniforms for the player characters.
