Technically, three actors played Jason Voorhees in the movie. Ken Kirzinger as the main role throughout, Glenn Ennis during the cornfield scene as well was his stunt double, and Douglas Tait for the reshot ending since they couldn't get Kirzinger back. Ennis was at one point considered to play Jason entirely and Ken told him "if you get to the part, I can double you, or if I get the part, you can double me."
