While Lucas, Sara and Gabe watch the video tape after the discovery of Jake's body, there's a foreshadowing of who the killer is. Lucas' reflection can clearly be seen in the top right of the screen, and seems to be emphasized, suggesting that he is the person Jake is speaking to in the video.
