While there is no real antagonist, Sinclair can be considered the main antagonist as he's the one who stole Roy's girlfriend and is the reason for Roy's secret suicide mission. Others might consider Walt to be the main antagonist (or the secondary antagonist) as he sabotages Roy and Alexandria.
