"Mega Force" by 707, the movie's title song, reached number 12 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart. According to 707 singer/guitarist Kevin Russell, producer Keith Olsen brought in Journey's Jonathan Cain to play the keyboard intro and Cain insisted on a cut of the publishing, which is the only reason why he's listed as a co-writer. Actual co-writer Tod Howarth later re-recorded the song - as "Calling to You" - with Ace Frehley's band Frehley's Comet, removing Cain's credit and adding Frehley.
