Ralph Foody Is the police captain for the Chicago PD. In The Blues Brothers - I fratelli Blues (1980) he was a dispatcher for the Chicago PD. He's also the gangster with the Tommy gun in the movie within a movie Angels with dirty faces in Mamma, ho perso l'aereo (1990) which was also filmed in Chicago.
