When fake Moody transforms back into Barty Crouch Jr. during the interrogation scene at the end, he says Voldemort's name. Death Eaters never use Voldemort's name out of both fear and respect. Death Eaters consistently refer to Voldemort as "The Dark Lord." For example, Bellatrix in particular becomes enraged by the use of Voldemort's name during the Ministry scene in Order of the Phoenix.
