In the movie the villain protagonist is called The White Death, a ruthless Russian crime boss who can not be killed. The worlds deadliest sniper Simo Häyhä was nicknamed by Russians as The White Death during the Winter war between Finland and Soviet Union, he was targeted by Soviet forces by artillery fire and counter snipers who just could not kill him, but finally managed to wound Simo and send him to the hospital to never return to the front.
