During the bombing of 13, Finnick looks at a photo of Annie and a tattoo is visible on his inner arm. In the novel, citizens and guests of 13 have their daily schedules marked on their arms in special ink. The explaination of what the tattoos are and how they are applied was cut from the film, but is included as a deleted scene in the home release.
