Arnold Schwarzenegger and Robert Davi later appeared in I mercenari 3 (2014) in which they share no screen time. Arnold was also considered for Bruce Willis's role as Detective John McClane in Trappola di cristallo (1988) which also costarred Davi as FBI agent Johnson but he turned it down. Davi also appeared in Predator 2 (1990), which was a sequel to Arnold Schwarzenegger's movie Predator (1987).
