Band members Dale Bozzio, Terry Bozzio, and Warren Cuccurullo from the group 'Missing Persons' appeared in this film prior to their first album 'Spring Session M' being released in 1982. 'Missing Persons' were billed in the movie as "U.S. Drag". Their songs "Mental Hopscotch" and "I Like Boys" feature on the film's soundtrack. The movie represents the first major exposure of the band.
