In one scene, Watson (Jude Law) becomes extremely irritated over Holmes ruining Watson's stag party, to which Mycroft (Stephen Fry) comments on Watson's behavior by saying, "He's always me, me, me." Stephen Fry and Jude Law both played lovers in the film "Wilde" (1998)-- as Oscar Wilde and Bosie, respectively-- where the relationship also depicts Fry's character tolerating and commenting on Law's irate character as being self-indulgent.
