Benedict Cumberbatch and Chiwetel Ejiofor previously starred together in 12 anni schiavo (2013), in reversal. Cumberbatch is the lead role in Doctor Strange, supported by Ejiofor. In 12 Years a Slave, the opposite is true (albeit Cumberbatch supporting in smaller capacity).
