This film set the record for one of the worst opening weekends for a theatrically released film in 2007. In its opening weekend, it only grossed $4.2 million, finishing 10th at the box office, immediately making it a box office bomb. Despite being in theaters for 3 months, the film never recovered and only finished with a $10 million domestic gross on its $20 million budget. The worldwide gross finished at $26 million.
