In Kaminski's back-story: Kaminski, a FBI agent, was fired from the FBI by Marvin Baxter because he abused a prisoner whom murdered, molested and mutilated a young girl and Baxter gave him the choice of resigning or be prosecuted in court and Kaminski and his wife Amy relocated to a small town which Kaminski got employment as the Sheriff.
