Although little is said of Joseph of Arimathea in the bible, legends say that he was a wealthy trader who traveled throughout the Roman empire. It was said that he brought a young Jesus, his kinsman, to the region of Britannia on such a trip, and in particular, to the town now known as Glastonbury.
