When the group comes together, it is mentioned that Leo (Tego Calderon) and Santos (Don Omar) didn't show up, but were reportedly last spotted in Monte Carlo. This was indeed where they ended up in the closing montage of Fast & Furious 5 (2011). Both skipped the sixth and seventh movie, but returned to the saga in the eight, Fast & Furious 8 (2017).
