In at least one draft of the constantly changing script from June of 2006, one which included lot more monsters very similar to the Hunters and Chimeras from original video games, under-developed Alice clone is not awakened by her before she fights the Tyrant. Instead Tyrant (who was not mutated Isaacs in this version) is shown destroying her pod causing her to fall in front of him, and scene cuts as it moves towards her. When Alice finds her later she is enraged, and it's implied that it raped her clone. There was a possibility that she was also impregnated by it and that in next sequel Alice would be fighting the creature which was birthed by the clone.
