During the final fight scene when Jamie Lee Curtis was being attacked by a stuntman standing in for actor Derek McKinnon, (who played the killer), she slams the cage door against the stuntman's face. The production crew was supposed to replace the door with a collapsible one, but forgot to, so a metal spoke punctured the man's face injuring him. Curtis was so upset that she left the set and wouldn't come back for two days.
