(at around 9 mins) The Jeep that Alice (Milla Jovovich) rode in the beginning of the film has a B.S.A.A. sign tinted on it. In the video game series, B.S.A.A. is a major group that fought bioterrorism. One of its founding members is Chris Redfield.
