This movie featured two actors who appeared in another British phenomenon, Doctor Who (2005). Peter Capaldi (Mr. Curry) was cast as the Twelfth Doctor, and Matt Lucas (Cab Driver) played his companion, Nardole. Hugh Bonneville (Mr. Brown) also guest-starred on Doctor Who (2005) as Captain Henry Avery in season six, episode three, "The Curse of the Black Spot" and season six, episode seven, "A Good Man Goes to War".
