A rough cut of this film was screened to a test audience at the Odeon cinema in Kingston upon Thames in Surrey just a few weeks after filming finished. The producers wanted to gauge audience reaction to the structure of the film and despite mostly positive reviews, most of the test audience didn't like the way the story had been framed. The film was then re-edited to make it more linear and was released almost a year later.
