Both director Russell Mulcahy and second unit director Douglas Aarniokoski have directed films in the 'Highlander' series. Mulcahy directing Highlander - L'ultimo immortale (1986) and Highlander II - Il ritorno (1991), while Aarniokoski directed the fourth installment Highlander: Endgame (2000).
