Cody Cameron used a similar voice for Mr. Weenie that he used for the Three Pigs in DreamWorks Animation's Shrek franchise. Cameron used to work for DreamWorks Animation up until 2004 when he moved onto Sony Animation while they were still in the early production of this movie, although he appeared in Madagascar (2005) as Willie, and reprised his roles as Pinocchio and the Three Pigs in Shrek the Third (2007) and Shrek Forever After (2010).
