If you look closely you can see Darth Vader's eyes (even though you're not supposed to) in a couple scenes in this movie, most notably the Death Star scene. They rectified this by making the tint of his eye hole visors in his mask darker in L'Impero colpisce ancora (1980) and Il ritorno dello Jedi (1983).
