In a fun (unintentional) connection to the later "Carry on Behind," the backlot campsite setting would later become re-used as the caravan park, with the very same permanent standing buildings re-purposed as the caravan park on-site facilities. Within the Carry On story universe, its totally plausible that the campsite was sold-off and "upgraded" to the much more lucrative caravan park, meaning that the archaeology find was there the whole time it was a campsite.
