Production Designer Ericson Navarro built two versions of the titular "Fridge." The first version was a semi-functional one containing all the necessary moving parts and shelves, while the other model could be disassembled, and had a hollow back plate where the actors could be positioned (as the severed heads) and/or literally pulled into the refrigerator by the stunt-rig personnel.
