Drew is paid seven million dollars to eliminate the seven cartel bosses by the government. The key plot point of this was that Drew and his band of seven assassins had to do them within 30 Minutes on the same day before the cartel bosses were to unite to take over a specific location to cause bloodshed for a specific purpose.
