Patty McCormack - Oscar nominated for Il giglio nero (1956) - had co-starred in an earlier "exploitation flick" produced/directed by Maury Dexter: Maryjane (1968) , also headlined by Diane McBain. After co-starring in two subsequent Dexter cheapies: The Young Animals (1968) and The Young Runaways (1968), McCormack would establish herself as a constant television presence, making occasional cinematic forays - most prestigiously as Pat Nixon in Frost/Nixon - Il duello (2008).
