Han Solo shoots Greedo thus proving another rodian's prediction correct. 32 years earlier, in a deleted scene of Star Wars: Episodio I - La minaccia fantasma (1999), a young Greedo fights a young Anakin Skywalker (Solo's future father-in-law) when the former accuses the latter of cheating in the podrace. Wald, Anakin's childhood friend warns Greedo that he would meet a bad end if his violent behaviour carries on.
