During the filming of the scene with scarab crawling under his skin, Omid Djalili chose not to wear underwear for some reason. As a result, his genitals kept falling out of his pants during takes as he was writhing in pain. The editor had to cut around the unintentional nudity as much as possible. However, if you watch the scene closely, you can still see some of the unintended nudity on-screen for a few frames during one shot as he is screaming "Help me!" and grabbing at his pants.
