He narrates the post-script.-Ben, guilty on both charges, three years no parole -Ed, not charged for reckless endangerment, guilty of kidnapping, three years no parole -Jon and Taylor, guilty of both charges (the ones who actually kidnapped Serena), five years no parole each. -Victor, seven years for attempted murder no parole (or in Dan's words "because he was willing to shoot her" -Michael, seven years no parole (also disbarred as a lawyer and his agreement with the district attorney was void because of the videotape and everyone testifying against him)
